Katherine Davison

Katherine Davison is an IT expert who speaks plain English. She takes the most complicated, impenetrable software programs and makes them easy for the man and woman in the street to understand and, more importantly, to use to the full.

She writes and devises successful, effective courseware for major companies and for the one-man-business alike; she is generous in making her genuine expertise available to everyone she works with, and always leaves her students feeling confident in using the skills she has taught.
Her approachable, inclusive approach to computers, programs and the language that explains them means she can show even the most hapless technophobe how to get the maximum from a laptop. She also trains executives and senior businessmen and women at the highest level to use software that helps them to manage assets that run into millions of pounds.

As well as working for corporate giants like Proctor and Gamble, Barclays Capital, Deutche Bank, the Canadian Defence Liaison Office, Transport for London and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Katherine devises workshops to demonstrate to fellow business owners how to get the best from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

She runs her own training company, Epiphany Training, as well as a web hosting company Broomstick Web, where she offers website set-up and annual hosting for as little as £45.

Canadian born, she is now based in Southend on Sea where she lives with two beautiful cats.
